Cup History

The first challenge was in June 2005 when both clubs travelled to the Queen Sirikhit Dam course at Utteradit. The Issan Club won the trophy in extremely wet conditions. In 2006 Chiang Mai Golfers travelled to Udon Thani to play on the Issan Club home courses and the Issan Club retained the trophy. In 2007 the Issan Club travelled to Chiang Mai and again retained the trophy by the slimest of margins. The Issan mob liked Chiang Mai so much they wanted to return and so, the Issan Club are again travelling to Chiangmai for the challenge last week in October 2008.
